Studio Policy

The student will be provided with 34 lessons/classes as scheduled on the studio calendar. Lessons may be online, in-person, or a combination of both. Our studio is on a tuition payment plan.

Monthly payments remain the same for each month, regardless of the number of lessons in the month. Your tuition includes most books/music.

**Three extra weeks are factored into the studio calendar for weather cancellations or instructor “off” days. There are 37 scheduled weeks in our calendar, but you will only be charged for 35 weeks.

 

Due to our tight lesson schedule, I cannot provide makeup lessons for student absences. Advanced notice is appreciated for lesson cancellation. Please text or call when running late. A virtual lesson is an option whenever needed!

 

Monthly payments must be received by the first of each month. Quarterly and semester payers will receive a bill when due. Tuition does not include metronomes, tuners, guitar strings, or festival and audition fees. All tuition must be paid in full according to your payment plan by the end of the teaching year. The only exception is for students who move away from the area.

Payment Options: Yearly, Semester, or Quarterly payments can be made by check to Providence Music or Wendy McGee. Monthly payments must be submitted via automatic debit. There is an additional charge of $15.00 for late payments.
